Mary has recently taken on the matrimonial matters in order to oversee the day to day running of the files. Her experience in litigation will assist her in this role. She has acted for clients in the past who have separated and share a property but are not married and her experience of these cases will assist.
Mary has experience dealing with claims in the Lower Tier and Upper Tier Land Tribunal. She has in recent years worked alongside Adam Tedstone on the case of Bean & Saxton v Katz & Katz which was heard in the Lower Tribunal and subsequently appealed and decided by the Upper Tribunal.
She also has experience dealing with a variety of claims within the employment tribunal including disability discrimination claims against large employers including the Royal Mail and the NHS and unfair dismissal claims in both an employer and employee capacity. She regularly advises on Compromise Agreements. Mary has experience in drafting employment contracts for employers. Mary is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Mary has experience in dealing with multi party claims including large scale professional negligence claims.
Mary has dealt with large value Inheritance Act claims on a claimant and defendant basis as well as day to day litigation of a variety of values within the small claims, fast track and multi track.
She regularly deals with repossession claims on behalf of the Landlord.
Mary has dealt with life changing large value personal injury claims in a Claimant capacity as well as low value portal claims. Mary is a member of APIL – The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
