About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is part of the private client department, which deals with wills, powers of attorney, deputyship applications to the Court of Protection, trusts and estates. She joined the firm in 2012 following completion of her law degree at Keele University. She completed her Legal Practice Course and master’s degree at the University of Law in Birmingham and was admitted as a solicitor in February 2016.
Areas of expertise
Elizabeth’s work mainly involves probate and the administration of estates and she has assisted in and dealt with a wide variety of estate matters, including agricultural estates, those with business and overseas interests, multi-million pound estates and also those which become disputed.
She also has experience in applications for a Grant of Double Probate, Deeds of Variation, disclaimers and estate planning.
The firm is pleased to support the annual Katharine House Hospice Make a Will month and Will Aid scheme.
